Carlos and Danvers Rotarian Philip Wilson both had polio as children, and they have shared their experiences with many clubs across the District. With World Polio Day coming up on October 24, I thought the Manchester Essex Rotary Club might be interested in inviting these two remarkable gentlemen to speak.
